Welcome to The Home Depot's Service Provider Process

Before you register, please be aware of the following:

  1. After you register, you will be asked to login to the application system. The login and password needed is the same that you create on the registration page. Please make note of this information as you will need it throughout the application process.
  2. After you submit your application, any question or requests for more information will be sent to you by email. The email address that will be used will be the email address you list in your registration profile. Please be sure that this is an email account that you monitor regularly.
  3. Once submitted, your application will remain on file and be used for sourcing purposes; candidate selection is based on supply and demand.
  4. Registering and completing the application does not guarantee you will be invited to undergo the qualification process to become an Authorized The Home Depot Service Provider.

If you select to continue the qualification process, you must:

  1. Pay for background checks processed by The Home Depot. Cost is $69.50 per principal/owner and $46.50 per employee and sub contractor.
  2. Provide proof of General Liability, Automobile and Workers Compensation Insurance or waiver.
  3. Provide proof of trade and/or business license(s).
  4. Possess basic means of electronic communication including a computer, internet access and email.
